Our Club

Mid Tyne Lions Club was formed in 1991 and became a Registered Charity in 2008.

FUNDRAISING INCOME is raised from:

Attendance at Local events/fairs including RYTON HIRINGS
RYTON COMP FAIR CHOPWELL FESTIVAL WYLAM XMAS FAIR
BLAYDON BURN FESTIVAL OVINGHAM GOOSE FAIR WYLAM FAIR

Sundry Donations
Easter Egg Tombola.
Ryton Hirings Stalls and Tombola and Games.
We visit local estates with Santa's Sleigh at Christmas time.

We collect and recycle spectacles

We promote and issue potentially life saving
"Message in a Bottle" facilities.
